Ariel's physique continues to improve each year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. Her usual back workout is made up of bent-over rows, single-arm lat pull-downs, using a machine, pull-ups and seated rows. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving onto the sets for working. Also Ariel likes to use her time in the most efficient way possible. One way to achieve this is to superset her back exercises. A total of three or four supersets with 10-12 reps are done.
