Katie Lowes

Best known for her role in the hugely popular ABC series "Scandal," actor Katie Lowes came into the world with nothing more than an innocent love of the stage. Lowes was born within Queens and was a very enthusiastic young woman who was always playing for her family and their friends. Lowes, unlike other children who are awed by entertaining others was not able to let her enthusiasm for performing go as she matured.
